Old Sava Bridge

Although this is definitely a symbol of Belgrade, it is going to be moved to a different location, probably to some meadow. The bridge was built by nazis during WWII to serve as a tank bridge.

Local urban legend tells the story of a brave man (Miladin Zarić) who managed to cut the cables, set by nazis to blow up the bridge as a part of their escape tactics at the end of the WWII. In reality, the bridge was saved from nazis by Russian Red Army fighting boat.
